Yum Chili Puffs
10 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 cups cottage cheese 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1 cup diced chilies
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat eggs until lemon-colored. Add all remaining ingredients except chilies, blending well. Stir in chilies. Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
